The sequel to Juiced offers the player a deeper insight into the culture of car tuning and drifting and allows him to immerse himself in the authentic music used at the events, as well as the female models displayed alongside the cars.

Players can also participate in a variety of events, from drifting, where players earn points and nitrous oxide the longer they take their car around the corner, to racing for pinks, where cars are put on the line and the winner keeps the loser's car, and even the classic simple race to the finish line. There is also a career mode in which the player progresses through closed courses, unlike the original where the player had to avoid traffic, while this version conveys a more organised feel.

There are authentic exotics, European, Old Muscle and New Muscle cars to choose from, including hundreds of real racing parts that give him thousands of customisation options, even with the possibility to design stickers and logos for his cars.

You can also hire and fire crews to work on the cars and compete against real drivers and their crews who are represented in the game. Races take place all over the world, from England to San Francisco, even in Australia and in the famous Colosseum in Rome.

Each version is almost identical, with the exception of the graphics, which depend on the respective capabilities of the system, and the track layout, which is slightly different in the Xbox 360 version. In the PSP version, the Paris track is missing.
