Gran Turismo 4: "Prologue" - PS2 - DE

Gran Turismo 4: Prologue is a stripped-down version of the later released game Gran Turismo 4. In reality, although this game is a fully-fledged game, it is nothing more than an extended demo of what to expect in the final version of Gran Turismo 4.

The game offers two modes:

Arcade: There are five brand-new tracks to try out, four asphalt tracks and one rally track. In this mode, the player can race either against an opponent or against the clock;

School mode: This is where the focus of the game lies. Here, players can collect new cars by completing the task. School mode is simply the licence mode from the previous games. In this mode, the player must complete either a certain number of laps or a segment or track within a certain time limit. The player is then rated as gold, silver and bronze, or as failed.
