Asterix & Obelix - jetzt geht`s rund! - Game Boy Advance - DE

With this Game Boy Advance cartridge, fans of the French comic can get a proper dose of 'Getafix' magic from their favourite Gauls – because the cartridge packs in two adventures.

In both games (Asterix and Obelix and Asterix and Cleopatra), you control either the small Gaulish hero Asterix, or the big menhir delivery man Obelix. Whichever you choose, your task stays the same: fight your way through Caesar's legions and POW! and BIFF! them all back to Rome.

The graphics bring the colourful world of Asterix wonderfully to life – whether you're exploring forests, conquering dangerous mountains, or riding tree trunks down the Nile (while a few Egyptians try to give you an involuntary bath), Uderzo's and Goscinny's characters are beautifully animated, practically a portable, living comic book. Even the famous 'POW!s' and 'BIFF!s' appear on screen whenever the Roman soldiers once again get a taste of Asterix's or Obelix's magic-potion-fuelled strength.

There's also a range of exciting mini-games – from ancient rugby to a race to the Olympic Games. All of these games, as well as the main game, can be played simultaneously by two players using two Game Boy Advance consoles and a Game Boy Advance Link Cable.

Whether you barely know Asterix or have a bookshelf full of the funny comics, with Asterix and Obelix you'll have plenty to laugh about.
