Description
The first Total Nonstop Action Wrestling game, based on the weekly TV show of the same name, TNA iMPACT!
Step into the six-sided ring as you take control of one of 25 TNA stars such as Kurt Angle, Jeff Jarrett, Rhino, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Sting and Christian Cage. Every wrestler comes to life thanks to motion capture and the use of actual scans of themselves for the game instead of hand-painted textures, for added realism and detail.
TNA iMPACT aims to revive the older arcade style of wrestling games and is more focused on fast-paced action, while still offering several match types such as Standard, Tag Team, Free For All, Ultimate X, Submission, Handicap and Falls Count Anywhere. You can also play solo or compete against your friends at home or online
There is also a Story mode in which you create your own TNA wrestler with customisable outfits, moves and more, while uncovering the backstory of a former champion wrestler.
(unfortunately, due to limitations on PS2 and Wii, the “Create-a-Wrestler” and online features are not available)
