Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 - PS3

Ninja teammates Naruto Uzumaki and Sakura Haruno are reunited after two and a half years of training, with the goal of bringing back their friend Sasuke Uchiha, who left their village to hunt down his brother. However, the path to Sasuke holds many obstacles for the young ninja and his friends, as they must confront a criminal organisation: the Akatsuki, of which Itachi Uchiha is a member. The Akatsuki consists of nine criminal ninjas led by Pain, who aim to achieve world domination by capturing the numerous tailed beasts of the Jinchūriki - people who hold the beasts sealed within them. One of them happens to be Naruto, the host of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, making him the organisation's main target. Meanwhile, Sasuke assembles a team of capable ninjas to track down and kill his brother Itachi.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 is a game based on the Naruto: Shippuden anime, comprising nine chapters that cover the story from the first episode up to episode 175. The story progresses through a series of single or team battles. Battles are fought between ninjas who charge chakra to perform attack jutsu. Items can be used in battle by assigning them to one of the directional buttons beforehand. Support characters can be called upon to perform jutsu, which fall into three categories: Defence, Attack and Balanced. The Support Drive builds up once support characters have been summoned enough times. Once it's ready, a Team Ultimate Jutsu can be performed, consuming a large portion of the player character's chakra while dealing heavy damage to the opponent. In addition to the battles, there's a free-roaming segment in which the player character can travel between accurate depictions of the various locations shown in the anime, complete side quests, gather materials and buy items in shops.
