Jetsons Cogswell's Caper - NES - EN

The Jetsons: Cogwell's Caper is based on the well-known Jetsons series by Hanna-Barbera. In this spin-off adventure, George Jetson is tasked by his employer with putting an end to the profitable plans of rival company Cogswell's. To do this, George must hop in his jet from place to place and conquer each level using the resources at his disposal and with the help of other characters from the Jetson franchise. Cogswell's Caper is a side-scrolling action game in which George Jetson can walk, duck and jump (actually he is too lazy to jump and a jetpack takes over the jumping function for a short time). Each level is littered with crates and other objects that George can pick up and throw at enemies, whilst under them he finds useful items (and occasionally even more enemies). Since the game is set in the futuristic world of the Jetsons, there are also plenty of switches on the walls that activate all sorts of environmental functions, such as a switch that reverses gravity for a short time.
