Description
WRC 4: FIA World Rally Championship is a rally game based on the licence of the 2013 FIA World Rally Championship. The player can choose their favourite team and car from all official 2013 categories: Junior WRC, WRC 3, WRC 2 and WRC. Unlike its predecessor WRC 3: FIA World Rally Championship, there are no classic cars in the base version. There are a total of 65 vehicles and locations in thirteen countries, with a total of 78 stages. Each rally event spans three days with two races per day. Also for the first time in the WRC series, the game features changing lighting conditions (sunrise, daylight and sunset). The career mode has also been overhauled, starting with a low-ranked team and progressing through good performances.
Each stage can be driven independently, and individual rallies with six stages each are also available. The game features an online multiplayer mode for up to 16 players, where ghost cars can be added in addition to human players. A hot-seat mode is also supported. The cars can be customised in various ways, and the AI difficulty level can be set on a scale from one to ten.
