Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 [Collector's Edition] - Boxed - PS3

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is a tactical shooter and the second instalment in the Sniper series following Sniper: Ghost Warrior. The game follows the previous protagonist, Captain Cole Anderson, through a three-part campaign. The first part of the game takes place in the Philippines, where you're tasked with destroying an old radar post and disrupting suspected mercenary activity in the area. The story then shifts to the second part of the campaign, set 20 years earlier in Yugoslavia, where then-Private Cole Anderson was ordered to photograph the genocide committed by Serbian forces led by a man named Marko Vladic. Finally, the game shifts back to the present day, where Cole Anderson is sent to Tibet to stop a group of mercenaries from selling a bio-agent to a deranged jihadist warlord, with the mercenaries' success triggering a war between Pakistan and India.

The game is a first-person shooter in which players use stealth tactics to deploy their sniper effectively. To use the sniper successfully, players must take bullet drop, wind and distance into account. In addition to the sniper rifle, the game also offers many other weapons based around stealth. Stealth is emphasised much more heavily than in the previous game, with poor stealth tactics leading to swift failure. The game also features a 12-player online multiplayer mode.
