Skate Cat - NES - EN

You are now a member of the Silent Service, the US Navy submarine command. For a long time after Pearl Harbour, you are the only forces capable of striking back against the Japanese in the Pacific. Take command of one of the "Fleet Boats" and embark on extended patrols of up to 2 months from Hawaii, Australia or New Zealand. Set the difficulty level/realism level and time period (early means less technology for juicier targets, later means harder escorts, more technology, tougher targets). Consider factors such as duds, maximum depth and more. You have the choice between training runs against a couple of old hulks, recreating historical convoy attacks, a single patrol or your own campaign where you can conduct multiple patrols until you die, get promoted or survive the war. How will you stack up against history?
