Description
SingStar Vol.2 is the sequel to the first SingStar on PS3.
It is a karaoke game where points are awarded for the purity of your singing, i.e. how well you manage to stay in time. It doesn't matter if you change octave halfway through the song or which words you sing (there is no word recognition), so the singing is scored on how well you manage to hit the right note at the right time. There is a new mode called Harmony Duet, in which two players sing different lines of the same song at the same time.
The game also offers access to the SingStore, where players can download their favourite songs. The additional content ranges from small extras like the game background to watching other players' SingStar extras via a YouTube-like system: you can send your video to the network.
