Settlement: Colossus [Casual Classics] - Nintendo DS - DE

Sega's many franchises come together in a tennis tournament spanning the various worlds they've created over the past twenty years. Sixteen characters from fifteen different Sega game series are represented, along with ten different tennis courts based on those same franchises. The game features an exhibition mode and a tournament mode. The former is a simple competitive mode, while tournament mode gives the player the opportunity to unlock new characters and courts through a series of matches and other challenges, all tennis-related but also heavily inspired by the video game itself. Singles and doubles can be played by humans or the AI, with the player free to choose their own doubles partner. The differences between the versions are notable, as the Wii version drops online play in favour of three different control modes: the Wii Remote (similar to Wii Sports Tennis), the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, or the Classic Controller. The 360 and PS3 versions include online play. Each character has a special move that helps them in their tennis match and is tied to that character. Beat from Jet Set Radio, for example, has an ability that lets him grind the ball against the net and fire it off at a random point, making it hard to return. Mini-games are included both as standalone activities and as part of the tournament. These include a target-shooting game, the zombie-killing game 'The House of the Dead' (you have to hit moving zombies on the court before the timer runs out), a Space Harrier game, a Puyo Puyo game, a Virtua Cop game and a Samba de Amigo game.
