Description
Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles is a brand-new story from the world of Naruto, known from the animated TV series. Recently, many incidents have occurred around the Leaf Village. It seems Orochimaru is planning to destroy the Leaf Village, and it's up to Naruto & The Gang to stop him. This is the first PS2 Naruto game rendered in a 3D environment (no longer cel-shaded) with real CGI cutscenes.
This Naruto game plays differently from the two previous PS2 fighting games, as you have the ability to move freely and practise your skills before taking on the mission-based story. You can perform your basic melee combos and power strikes, but also chakra-based Jutsu moves such as Sexy Jutsu and Shadow Clone, to name just a few. Naruto can also transform into Nine-Tails Naruto if his health falls below a certain level. You can increase your health, stamina, and chakra, or learn new abilities, by purchasing them with "Virtue Points" earned from won battles. You'll also gain allies who help you in battles, such as Sasuke, Kakashi, and Chouji.
