LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars - DE

The handheld editions of LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars (the LEGO version of the CGI-animated TV series of the same name from 2008) play similarly to their home console cousins, while still keeping the family-friendly content.

The games offer 13 levels (based on the first and second seasons of the TV series), which mostly consist of the platform puzzle-solving layout familiar from earlier LEGO video game efforts (while defeating a variety of droids and other familiar enemies along the way). Most levels also take place in flight mode, where players must complete several missions, such as defeating an army of vulture droids. Each level is divided into three acts (which can then be played separately in Free Play mode).

Unlike previous LEGO Star Wars games, Jedi characters now have the ability to climb walls, trace shapes, and even use the Jedi Force Jump with their lightsabers to reach greater heights. While characters such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Ahsoka Tano form the main characters in Story Mode, further characters can later be unlocked to reveal hidden Minikit pieces and red bricks in Free Play.

These versions also include several mini-games, including Snowball Fight (in which you must defeat several characters from the Clone Wars universe with snowballs) and Droid Volleyball (a volleyball game featuring R2-D2 and R3-S6), for which a red brick is required to unlock them.
