Guitar Hero: Warriors Of Rock [Super Bundle] - boxed - PS3

Warriors of Rock is the sixth main game in the rhythm game series. Similar to previous instalments, the focus is on the band experience, in which up to four people can sing or play lead and bass/rhythm guitar as well as drums. In terms of song selection, this version returns to the series' roots, with a narrower range of genres and a stronger focus on rock'n'roll songs.

The game's main career mode is called Quest mode. Here, players must work through a campaign in which they must defeat a mechanised creature called the Beast by rescuing the demigod of rock. Players recruit characters by completing certain songs in their genre. On success, the character transforms into a warrior, gains a unique ability, and is added to the band's roster. Other game modes include Quickplay+ and Party mode. In the latter, one or more players play through various songs like a jukebox, being able to join or leave at any time. The Wii version supplements the DS functionality with Roadie mode, which was introduced in the previous version of the game. It has been expanded to three different game modes and supports up to eight players simultaneously. New abilities for the Roadies now include, for example, casting powers onto the various players (as unlocked in Quest mode) to either help or sabotage them.

All previously purchased tracks for other games in the series can also be played in this version.
