Wario Land: The Shake Dimension - Nintendo Wii - NL

In Wario Land: Shake It!, Wario receives a globe, but it's no ordinary globe – it contains a hidden world called the Shake Dimension. This world is populated by the Merfles, ruled by Queen Merelda. When the Shake King takes over the Shake Dimension and kidnaps the Queen and all the Merfles except one, Wario is asked by the remaining Merfle to rescue the Queen and the captured Merfles and defeat the evil King. Of course, Wario couldn't care less about the Queen and her subjects, but when he learns that the Shake King possesses the bottomless coin purse, which contains infinite coins, Wario agrees to take on the King to get the loot and rescue the Queen in the process. The game plays much like the previous Wario Land games – Wario moves through each level while collecting coins and defeating enemies. But in other ways, the game is different. For example, players shake the Wii remote without holding an enemy to pound the ground. When holding an enemy, players shake the Wii remote to shake enemies and obtain garlic to replenish hearts and coin purses to earn money. Wario can also throw things, including enemies, by tilting the Wii remote in the direction the player wants to aim. Special treasures can be collected in each level. Players must find captured Merfles in each level – when a Merfle is found and freed, a countdown begins to return to the start of the level. At the end of each area is a boss. Each level can be revisited to complete missions – these missions consist of everything from collecting as many coins as possible to escaping a level after rescuing a Merfle within a certain time.
