Ultraman - SNES - DE

In the future, Earth must protect itself from alien invaders, a task taken on by the Science Special Search Party. However, they are not alone in this endeavour. After his ship crashed on Earth while pursuing the evil alien Bemular, the superhero Ultraman is here to help when attacking aliens prove too much for humanity alone. He can only stay on Earth for a few minutes and must therefore defeat his enemies before his powers are completely exhausted, as he is several hundred metres tall and possesses incredible powers and abilities. Based on the popular television series from 1967, Ultraman directly follows the story of the source material. The player takes on the role of the titular Ultraman and must defeat many of the monsters that also appeared in the original series. Looking like a one-on-one fighting game, Ultraman can punch, kick and grab his opponent, as well as employ a variety of different special moves that must be charged. However, to actually defeat his opponent, Ultraman must drain their constantly charging health bar and strike at that moment with his strongest special attack: the Specium Ray. As the game progresses, various opponents may even find ways to evade this terrible attack, and Ultraman must adapt... Each stage has a time limit of only three minutes, and there are three lives and no continues.
