Condition: New
Timpo ACW Southern Officer with Sabre from the Wild West series by Timpo Toys (approx. 5 cm tall). This is an original from the 1970s in good condition. The figure has the older dark blue trousers (as opposed to the light blue trousers of later generations of soldiers) and consists of 6 plug-in components (hat, head, torso, legs, sabre, base stand) and can be combined with other Timpo figures through interchangeable parts.
Timpos are plug-in toy soldiers made of polyethylene (soft, flexible plastic) by Timpo Toys from the 1960s and 1970s. The figures are approx. 5 cm tall and consist of several plug-in components that can be mixed and matched with one another. Through the overmoulding process developed in England in the early 1960s, painting the figures became unnecessary. Individual parts were moulded from plastic granules of different colours on top of each other, creating plastic detail accuracy. Timpos are old collectible figures, and yet they are usually relatively affordable to obtain.
