Novella: Terra #405Author: Murray Leinster
Translation: Hubert Strassl
Language: German
Publisher: Moewig
Year: 1965
Condition: 2 (Two) Good
Terra #405 with the science fiction novel Der Weltraumarzt auf dem Kriegpfadby Murray Leinster. This 1965 novella is in good used condition.
Terra was published from 1957 to 1968 as a novella series (approx. 23x15cm) by the Moewig publishing house in Munich, reaching the memorable number of 555 issues before the series was discontinued. In the German-speaking world, these novellas were what the pulps were in the USA in the first half of the 20th century: entertainment literature and an entry point into certain subject areas (in this case science fiction) for young readers. Today, these novellas are collected as connoisseur items, both for their stories and for their cover art. The typical "look" of Terra was shaped above all by Johnny Bruck, who from 1961 also designed the visual style of the series Perry Rhodan.
