Superman 1973 #8 with classic DC adventures from the 1970s. The comic is in good condition with some signs of use.

Superman was published by Ehapa Verlag between 1966 and 1985 and still forms the solid backbone of DC comics in German today. (A Marvel Comics equivalent in the 1970s was the Williams Verlag.) The Superman issues featured stories from various US series: Superman, Batman, Action Comics, Detective Comics, Jimmy Olsen, Lois Lane, World's Finest Comics and others. For Ehapa Verlag, these issues held roughly the same status regarding superheroes as Mickey Mouse did for funnies. Because of the very thin paper, which is very prone to creasing, beautifully preserved copies are highly sought-after collector's items.
