Sub-Mariner #71 with an exciting story from the Bronze Age of comics. The issue is in used condition.
The character Sub-Mariner was created by Bill Everett and first appeared in Marvel Comics #1 in October 1939. Together with Captain America and Human Torch, he was one of the three superheroes who appeared at the then Timely Comics (the forerunner of Marvel Comics) and fought against the Axis powers on comic pages during the Second World War. He is a hybrid - half human, half Atlantean - and has the ability to breathe underwater. He became popular again when Jack Kirby and Stan Lee brought him back from obscurity in Fantastic Four #4 in 1962 and breathed new life into him in the Silver Age. After sharing the comic Tales to Astonish with Iron Man in the mid-1960s, he got his own issue in 1968. Gene Colan and John Buscema visually shaped the Sub-Mariner in the Silver Age of comics and gave him his now-familiar characteristic look.
