Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - Nintendo Wii - EN

Based on the second and third films of the popular "Pirates of the Caribbean" series, players take on the roles of Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann as they continue their adventures on the high seas. The game is designed as a 3D action-adventure in an open world where players can explore the islands and seas of the Caribbean. Players must once again face Davy Jones, his Flying Dutchman crew and the villainous Kraken, but also the Chinese pirate Sao Feng, cannibals, other pirates and the East India Trading Company. Players must fight their way through the events of "Dead Man's Chest" and "At World's End" using a variety of sword and item attacks, in addition to a system called "Black Pearls" that allows players to block only until the Black Pearls are depleted and they can no longer block until they recharge. Each character has their own special attack, and other weapons such as pistols and daggers can be used in combat. In the console and PC versions, standard controls are used, while the Wii version uses the Wiimote for motion-based attacks. The game uses quick-time events called "Jackanisms" that allow the player to behave as Captain Jack Sparrow would in certain situations.
