Incredible Hulk #115 features Hulk's arch-enemy, the Leader. The story was written by Stan Lee and drawn by Herb Trimpe. The issue looks good at first glance, but has a few flaws on closer inspection. The centre spread is detached from the bottom staple, and the staples are also slightly rusted.

The Hulk is one of the oldest superhero characters in the Marvel Universe. Jack Kirby and Stan Lee created him in 1962 as a kind of tragic Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde character. Contaminated by an accident involving radioactive radiation, physicist Dr. Bruce Banner (usually against his will) transforms into a huge green monster that everyone knows, not least thanks to the Marvel films: the Hulk. The series initially ran for 6 issues before being cancelled. A few years later, he was revived in the Tales to Astonish series, appearing from issue 60 onwards. This comic series was renamed after #101 and became Incredible Hulk with #102. Incidentally, one of the most famous Marvel superheroes made his first appearance in this series: Wolverine first appeared in Incredible Hulk #181 in October 1974.
