Bessy #587 is a classic Wild West comic from the Bastei publishing house. The issue is in good used condition.
Bessy was published regularly by Bastei from 1965 to 1985 and reached an impressive 992 issues. In the 1960s and 1970s, it was the Wild West comic on the German market and held the same status as Mickey Mouse among the funnies (funny animal comics). Most of the cover art was painted by Klaus Dill, giving the series a consistent, dynamic style with strong recognisability. The heroes of the comic series are the cowboy Andy Cayoon and his collie dog Bessy.
