Attack of the Killer Tomatoes - Game Boy - EN

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is a standard platformer based on the animated series of the same name (which in turn is based on a film series). The hero Wilbur Finletter must travel through eleven side-scrolling levels to stop the evil Doctor Gangrene, who is overrunning the city with his killer tomatoes. Essentially, Finletter moves through the levels, jumping over gaps and dodging enemies, as these have the ability to drain his health by touching him. If he loses enough health, he loses a life. However, he is not defenceless, as he can use a kick against the tomatoes. He can also find swords in the levels that he can throw. Other things to find include lightning bolts (temporary invincibility), parachutes and general point providers. Finletter also has the ability to use a skateboard. The goal of each level is to find the hidden tomato can and complete the level within the time limit. In three cases, there is also a boss battle.
